Red Flowers and Rusty Borders

This is acrylic on stretched canvas, 14×11 inches. The larger flower is really more magenta in “person.” I’m not feeling too well right now, so this will be short. I’m trying to throw off the last gasps of a bout of flu that doesn’t want to let go.

A copy of this can be had at Lenora.Imagekind.com. It sizes up quite nicely also, for a larger copy.

Abstract with Pink Rays and a Blue “Book”

It’s abstract, or, to be more accurate, it’s non-objective.

I feel I want to break loose and paint something else, but I’m not quite sure what it will be. It’s just slightly frustrating.

Old Crumbling Southwestern Building

This 30×24 inch acrylic painting was inspired by my all too few trips to the Southwest. Reproductions of this piece are available at Lenora.ImageKind.com.

I love those big skies, old, and sometimes ancient, structures, the landscapes, and the list goes on. Of course, this Louisianian has to devourer her weight in water when traveling in the Southwest.  The air seems to just extract the moisture from the body.  Still, I love it out there.
